Carys Alder is Trees for Cities’ Head of Programme Development; responsible for overseeing the charity’s Urban Forest programme development. Trees for Cities is the only national charity working at a national and international scale to improve lives by planting trees in cities. Carys has worked at Trees for Cities for over eight years growing the schools programme and expanding the charity’s reach and impact through innovative programmes. She has an interest in connection to nature, inequities in access to nature and the health and wellbeing benefits of nature and trees.
