María Clara Arrubla Palacio is a lawyer with a Master's degree in Urban Development Planning from University College London – UCL. She has over 5 years of experience as a public servant in Medellín, Colombia, focusing on urban and economic development projects. Currently, she serves as an advisor for the Government of Antioquia, leading international connections and economic development projects to boost regional competitiveness. Additionally, she works as a local consultant for the Global Disability Innovation Hub, contributing to the inclusive infrastructure project in Medellín, Colombia.
