Nicole is a leader in The PSC’s Strategy Team, leveraging her medical training, front-line clinical experience and expertise in leading complex service redesign to enable clinically-led strategic change. 

Nicole’s background as a practising junior doctor at one of London’s teaching hospitals means she brings a unique perspective to strategic work, with a particular passion for healthcare innovation and developing equitable health care systems. She brings a wealth of experience in business case development and strategic projects across both clinical and academic spheres and particularly enjoys bringing together multidisciplinary teams and health and care systems.

Nicole’s has supported more than 100 senior clinical leads and healthcare practitioners. This includes building the business case for a £600 million hospital redevelopment, supported by an integrated programme of clinical and digital transformation to improve access and quality of care for 1.5 million people.
