Samuel leads The PSC’s Strategy Team, sought out by executives at world-leading health and care providers to address their most complex strategic challenges.  

Samuel has helped clients secure over £500m investment in digital, data and capital programmes to enable transformational change across organisational boundaries. His specialisms include leading strategy, integrated health and care model development, programme design, mobilisation, investment appraisal, and engagement. 

Combining the rigour from his accounting background with his experience with nearly a decade of strategy experience, Samuel has developed our leading approach to strategy and investment cases. He is a strong believer in the value of integrated working with client teams, leaving organisations with the skills and approaches needed for strategy implementation. 

Samuel is passionate about building a stronger society and has volunteered for a number of NGOs, taking board level roles and providing pro-bono consulting support in developing and implementing successful strategies.
