Sean is a Chartered Civil Engineer who moved into the digital realm due to his passion for helping clients to use data and information as an asset. Sean has over 15 years’ experience in the UK and Hong Kong construction industry, working in the health, water, international development, aviation, and defence sectors. He led the creation of the Digital Twin Guidance for the New Hospital Programme (NHP), in line with the Intelligent Hospitals concept. Steering the development of the guidance document, stakeholder engagement and example digital twin use cases.
